Ausbildung Overview
Duration: 3 years (full-time)
Tasks during the training: You will learn how to support patients with daily care, carry out medical procedures, administer medication, and maintain care documentation. You will also work closely with doctors, therapists, and family members.

Requirements
What you need to bring with you for Ausbildung.
School-Leaving Certificate: at least Secondary School Level
Language Skills: German B1/B2
Motivation, ability to work in a team and empathy
Usually 18-30 years (for international applicants)
Inpatient Care
In hospitals or nursing homes, you work in shifts and look after several patients at the same time.
You will carry out medical and nursing tasks, monitor vital signs, help with mobility and nutrition and accompany operations or therapies.

In outpatient care, you visit people in need of care in their homes.
You will help them to organize their everyday lives independently and provide support with personal hygiene, administering medication and minor medical procedures.
