Step 1 : Pre-screening of the applicant profile
Complete examination and preparation of all documents of international applicants.

We professionally check all required documents from international applicants in advance.

An initial interview to assess the applicant's suitability, motivation and language skills.

If an applicant's German language skills are insufficient, we offer language courses from A1 to B2 through our partner language schools.

We check the suitability of applicants internally and offer individual career advice on the best choice of training.
Step 2: Placement & Entry Preparation
Targeted allocation of applicants and comprehensive support with visas, accommodation and travel.

We place qualified, pre-screened applicants with suitable training companies - efficiently and reliably.

We support both parties - companies and applicants - until the training contract is successfully concluded.

We support applicants throughout the entire visa process and ensure that all documents meet the official requirements. We also provide suitable travel and health insurance for entry into Germany.

We help applicants to find safe and affordable accommodation and support them in planning their trip - with checklists, tips and all the important information for a smooth start in Germany.
Step 3: Integration and Long-Term Support
Support after arrival with a focus on integration, assistance with authorities and ongoing support.

On the first day, applicants receive a comprehensive introduction with all the important information about training, everyday life and living in Germany.

We support applicants with important administrative procedures such as city registration, applying for a residence permit and other bureaucratic requirements.

To promote social integration and retention, we help with participation in leisure activities, clubs and cultural activities.

Through regular supervision and feedback, we ensure that the training is successful and that problems are identified at an early stage.
